ATTENTION
The system uniface is for technicians who are interested in electronics-,
relays-, computertechnics and programming in BASIC.

One of the possibilities is the uniface system.
For that you can use a MSX computer, and the market value is low.
 

Also a interface and a outputcard is necessary. 
On a outputcard you can connect 8 signals and/or points.
For example 6 signals and 2 points.
With two outputcards you can connect 16 signals and/or points.

The number LED's is a byte and is a bit combination of eight bits.
A byte contains of two nibbles. (bit combination of four bits)
